Our expertise lies in ERP integration, an activity that encompasses the updating, installation or modernization of business management software. We adapt to the size and specific needs of each company to provide a tailor-made offer.

We have a strong specialization in SAP solutions, which we offer to our existing customers as well as those wishing to adopt them.

Our company, founded in 2005, employs around 70 people, including expert consultants in various SAP integration solutions. Their mission is to ensure a smooth and efficient digital transition for our customers.

Are there any specific values you espouse at Conseils-Plus?

Conseils-Plus' culture is fundamentally rooted in people. Our structure, established in 2005 by two founders and two consultants, has always placed human values at the heart of its priorities. 

During our recruitment processes, harmony between team members and candidates is essential. This approach forms the basis of our values, in which solidarity plays a key role.

We are also driven by a spirit of innovation. We firmly believe that SAP, although sometimes perceived as an austere and aging tool, is in reality a publisher offering a vast catalog of innovative solutions. Our investment in these new solutions enables us to bring real added value to our customers.

Our team of consultants is constantly on the lookout for new developments to stay at the cutting edge and anticipate changes in the sector.

Finally, Conseils-Plus pays great attention to the progress of its employees, and makes it a point of honor to support them in their professional development. This is reflected in the career paths of many of our employees who, having joined the company as juniors, now occupy senior management positions.

What does a "Made in Conseils-Plus" recruitment process look like?

Conseils-Plus uses a traditional recruitment process, focusing mainly on profile-based recruitment. We rely on recruitment agencies to find candidates who match our expectations, and also favor internal sourcing through our staff network.

Generally, two to three interviews are held with shortlisted candidates. At the final interview, the candidate has the opportunity to meet a team member in a similar position. This allows the candidate to get a more informal view of our organization and to ask more specific questions.

After recruitment, the pre-integration phase begins. Our administrative team handles the contractual aspects, and we ensure that someone is present on the new employee's first day for a detailed presentation of the company and his or her role. A line manager is also appointed on the first day. New employees, especially those just starting out, are assigned a tutor to support them during their integration and to help them develop their skills.

When it comes to career development at Conseils-Plus, we have a structured process in place. For junior and senior consultants, appraisals are organized twice a year to assess their progress, bearing in mind that our industry is fast-moving. These appraisals enable us to examine each employee's career path and decide whether he or she is ready for the next grade. For those above senior level, an annual appraisal or meeting is organized to discuss possible promotion.

The aim is to provide each consultant with a personalized career path based on his or her skills and progress. There is no fixed timeframe for moving from one grade to the next, as we adapt to each employee's profile. This individualized approach fosters the commitment and performance of our consultants, reinforcing their attachment to the company.

Do you have a ritual you'd like to share with us?

At Conseils-Plus, communication and active listening are key to maintaining employee commitment. By regularly organizing extra-professional events, such as drinks, dinners or fun activities, we foster cohesion and team spirit. The time devoted to these events also enables us to capture employees' concerns and suggestions for improvement. We also encourage our teams to get involved in various cross-functional projects within the company. Covid-19 has shown us how crucial it is to understand our employees' expectations and adapt to changes in the world of work.

What kind of profiles are you looking for at Conseils-Plus at the moment?

Conseils-Plus is always on the lookout for senior consultants with around 4 years' experience in SAP solutions, particularly in the financial and logistics fields. In addition, we enthusiastically welcome young engineers and business school graduates keen to start a new experience. We value diversity within our teams, both in terms of training and culture, and also offer Volontariat Internationaux en Entreprise (VIE) placements, thanks to our international presence with subsidiaries in Italy and Côte d'Ivoire. To sum up, we are constantly recruiting a variety of profiles, but our core business is SAP integration, particularly SAP finance and logistics consultants with 4 to 10 years' experience.
