Latest news: We are very proud to announce that we have recently been granted membership in the MACH Alliance. This is an independent non-profit organization that promotes best-of-breed technologies in their markets. To join the MACH Alliance, OneStock validated a technical certification that ensures our solution is aligned with the organization's principles. We are delighted with this recognition and look forward to continuing to develop our retailtech expertise!
What can I expect when I join OneStock?
By joining OneStock, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and ambitious team in a stimulating and creative environment. We believe that our corporate culture, based on trust, innovation and collaboration, is a key factor in our success. And we look forward to welcoming new talent to help us pursue our exciting mission!
What is THE thing you do at OneStock to attract candidates?
At OneStock, we rely heavily on collaborating with schools to identify and recruit top talent. We regularly organize recruitment events in partnership with engineering schools and universities, which allows us to meet students and young graduates who are passionate about technology and innovation.
In addition to this, we offer internship and apprenticeship opportunities to allow students to learn about modern technologies and develop their professional skills. We believe that this approach is an investment in the future of our company. Above all, we want to play our part in society by training and offering exciting career opportunities for future generations!
What does a "Made in OneStock" recruitment process look like?
Our recruitment process consists of several steps. First, an HR interview is organized to get to know the candidate better, explain the position and the associated responsibilities. Then, a technical interview with the hiring manager takes place to evaluate the candidate's technical skills and to discuss the project and the challenges of the position.
After this step, the candidate may be invited to take a technical test to assess their practical skills in a similar environment to the one in the company. Finally, if the candidate goes through with the recruitment process, he or she may be invited to meet our CTO and co-founder, Benoit Baccotto discuss the technological vision, the company's challenges and future opportunities. But above all, at this stage, it's to welcome them!
Concerning the tools, we have chosen the ATS Taleez to manage our recruitment process. It offers a complete solution for our recruitment needs and meets all our requirements. Moreover, we are proud to support local companies, especially when they are based in Toulouse!
As for the onboarding process, we are currently working on improving it to offer new team members an even more successful integration adapted to their specific needs. We focus on communication, exchange and coaching so that each newcomer quickly feels at ease and can start contributing effectively to our projects.
Would you have a ritual or a best practice to share in terms of onboarding or employee engagement at OneStock?
Absolutely! As a TAM, I firmly believe that "You never get a second chance to make a good impression". Onboarding is a crucial phase of the employee life cycle and we place a high value on it at OneStock.
Before the first day, the future OneStocker receives an e-mail with a well-defined schedule so that his first day goes as smoothly as possible. The manager is there to welcome him, introduce him to the team and show him around the office. The employee is also welcomed with some goodies! A team lunch is organized for the occasion.
In addition, an article on our internal blog is posted before the new member's arrival so that all OneStockers are informed and welcome him/her properly!
The first week is punctuated by two half-days of "Welcome training", where each department presents its activities and answers any questions the newcomer may have. We have also set up a technical training to present the specificities of our software and the best practices.
Finally, a drink is organized to toast together and get to know each other. Of course, the integration does not stop there: the HR team and managers regularly exchange with the employees to collect their feelings about the integration and the position held. All feedback is welcome and allows us to continuously improve!
So why should you NOT come to your house?
If you want to keep your figure! At OneStock it is quite rare not to have breakfast in the morning!
Thanks a lot, Valbona ;)
