Hello Mylène! Can you give us a quick introduction to ITINOV?
Hi there! ITINOV is a young company founded a year and a half ago by three co-founders who met in a large company. They decided to create a structure that was like them, with a focus on people and expertise. We specialize in application development, Cloud DevOps and systems and network engineering.
For such a young company, do you already have well-established values?
Of course we do! Our values were defined right from the start: integrity, benevolence and excellence. Our idea is to really emphasize the human side and transparency in our approach to work. We are keen to maintain a close relationship with our consultants, offering them a warm and friendly working environment. We organize monthly events, both professional and informal, to reinforce team spirit and foster a corporate culture based on transparency and the achievement of common goals.
Today, we're a small but dynamic team of 25 people. However, ITINOV is constantly evolving, and we're always on the lookout for exceptional talent to join our adventure!
How do you attract talent and generate interest in ITINOV?
Well, our main asset in attracting talent is our working atmosphere. We have a very friendly environment that encourages co-optation. We firmly believe that if our employees are happy, they will tell their acquaintances about us, which will generate interest in our company. In addition to this, we use online platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards like APEC. We've also established partnerships with schools, such as ESGI, to raise our profile among young talent.
And once you've attracted this talent, what's your recruitment process?
In fact, our recruitment process is quite simple. First of all, we conduct an initial HR interview by videoconference, followed by a technical interview, also remotely. The idea is to get a first impression of the candidate's background, skills and frame of mind. If the technical interview is conclusive, we organize a more informal, face-to-face meeting with the founders to see if there's a good feeling on both sides and that everyone's expectations are in line. If all goes well, we move on to the next stage and make a hiring proposal.
And how long does this process usually take?
The recruitment process generally takes between 10 days and 2 weeks, depending on availability. It's a quick process, but we want to make sure that each new recruit is really the right one for us.
How do you welcome and integrate new recruits at ITINOV?
Well, as soon as a new recruit signs on with us, we include them in all our activities, whether professional or more relaxed. We also organize an induction day for each new team member. This is an opportunity for them to familiarize themselves with our corporate culture and internal processes. It's also a chance for them to understand their roles, missions and the projects they'll be working on, and to familiarize themselves with the tools and resources at their disposal. Finally, the structure team and the tech lead are there to support them during their first weeks with us and answer any questions they may have. For us, integration is an ongoing process, and we encourage our new employees to share their ideas and get actively involved in the life of the company.
What specific positions are you looking to fill and would like to share with our readers?
We're always on the lookout for new talent to strengthen our teams. We're currently looking for developers in a variety of fields, including web, application, back-end and front-end. If you share our passion, we'd love to meet you. We're also looking for Cloud DevOps specialists, as well as systems and network experts.
Our major challenge this year is to build up a dedicated cybersecurity team. Although we already have a few leads underway, we have not yet finalized any recruitment in this field. We're looking for consultants who are ready to work with our customers on technical or functional assignments related to cybersecurity. This position also offers the opportunity to develop a team and a dedicated offering, as we already have customer opportunities and recruitment prospects. This is one of our major ambitions for this year, and we hope that this new team will adhere to our values of sharing and team life, just like our other squads.

If you're looking for a job where routine reigns and you do the same task day after day, then ITINOV probably isn't for you. We're different from the big Digital Services Companies.
